Terms of Use for Hunt Coordinate Converter

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Stephen Walsh ("the Licensor"), the provider of the Hunt Coordinate Converter mobile application ("the App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the App.

License Grant

The Licensor grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with this EULA and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

Scope of Use

You may use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control. You may not:

- Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App.
- Copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
- Use the App for any purpose that is illegal or violates any applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

The App, including all copyrights, patents, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, is owned by the Licensor. This EULA does not grant you any rights to the App's intellectual property.

Subscriptions

If you purchase an auto-renewing periodic subscription to a service or content, your Apple ID account will be charged for the subscription fee upon confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.

Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated by you or the Licensor. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and destroy all copies.

Disclaimer of Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Licensor is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
